Hi, John -- I hope that all is well.
I am following up on DWQ's request that we provide you with Dr. Rodgers' views on the Sediment Study prepared by URS
(evaluating the movement of sediments in Badin Lake). We asked Dr. Rodgers to prepare a brief overview of that report in
the same format that he has used in the past, and I have attached his report for your review.
You and I also discussed Dr. Rodger's review of the "Anchor QEA report," so I have attached Dr. Rodgers review of that
report.
Finally, we previously discussed the fact that the County had asked Dr. Rodgers to review the DHHS "fish study" and
prepare an analysis of those data. You indicated that you would like to see a copy of that report, and it is attached, as well.
Please let me know what else you might need along these lines. Also, I am assuming that you will forward these materials
to APGI, but I would happy to do that from my end if you would like. Just let me know your preference.
One last thing. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the sampling event that you are planning in the Lake system.
I believe that we do want to observe and take samples, but I need to confirm that on Monday. In the meantime, we would
like the opportunity to review the sampling plan and protocols that DWQ is planning to implement during the event. Would
it be possible to shoot me a copy?
