STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received prior to the end of March 28, 2018 will be considered in the final determination
regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
Application: Novozymes North America, 77 Perry Chapel Church Road, Franklinton, NC 27525 has applied for an
NPDES permit renewal to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at this address in Franklin County. The
facility discharges to Buffalo Creek in the Tar -Pamlico River Basin.
