Hi Stephanie,
I was contacted by NCDOT regarding the subject project. NCDOT believes that the
project may be exceeding its permitted buffer impacts, and would like to know if the
project is being completed according to the plans. The 401 WQC (attached) was
originally issued in 2012 by Lauren Witherspoon , and there may be other versions in
Laserfiche. The buffer impacts were updated in 2017 by Jennifer Burdette. Since Lauren
and Jennifer are no longer employed by DWR, I thought you may be able to assist with
this inquiry. Have compliance inspections been conducted at the site?
If I should forward this information along to someone else, please advise. If you have
any questions or require any additional information, please let me know. I copied Katie,
as she may be able to assist as well.
