dechlorination system. have the efllucnt sampled once a year, and ha%,e the septic tank

❑ Your home is improperly plumbed: Some of the tiwaste%v ater discharges aie going

be corrected immediately Please subnut a schedule to this office within 20 days of

❑ Disinfection: Your system is lacking disinfection, either chlorine tablets or a UV fight
system New rules put into place on AuguSC 1, 2007 require all SFR systems to have a
means of disinsection (and dechlorination a�hcn chlorine tablets are used to dsinfect, if
