total impervious surface areas for each phase of the project, which are as follow;
1. Metropolitan I. Impervious Surface on 3.89 acres ............... 1.799 acres
2. Metropolitan II. Impervious Surface on 7.50 acres ............... 4.050 acres
3. Metropolitan III. Impervious Surface on 3.24 acres ............... 2.950 acres
TOTAL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE FOR 14.63 ACRES 8.799 ACRES
The ratio of impervious surface for the Metropolitan I to the total project impervious
surface is 20.45%.
