I look forward to receiving the list that you and Lia talked about. Also my Landscape Architect is out of town and will be back on Tuesday to give you a comparable % of impervious surfaces for the total project compared to the Metropolitan I that is before you. I expect that this will control the mitigation as you have required. Cross section you have asked due to their length in any scale will show the height very small. Due to the pool's height at most to its top is 5' and the length you are looking at is more than 100'. There are two ways we can do this: Z coordinates are taken 5' representing 1' Allow us to show you alternative cross sections that will cover all pertinent structural and pool elements. Also to clarify some points mentioned about location of the townhomes. The town's code requires a minimum of 18' from the back of the sidewalks or street curbs to the front of each building. Therefore, at the time, with town's and our interpretation of the fact that we are within the variance terms these buildings were located having in mind to reduce their impact to a minimum and were approved by Town's Council on June 14, 2007. Please see the attached letter of June 13, 2002 that specifies that lesser impervious impact does not require a new variance. Our country is having its worst crisis ever. When I raised my hand to do the best that I can for my country when I became an American. I have not forgotten my promise and I am doing my best now to create at least 150,000 hours of work and help the economy. It is an obligation of every U.S Citizen to do their best, if we love our country. Hope DWQ will expedite this matter through your processes as a part of helping this economy. I look forward to hearing from you.
