General Program Information:
➢ The allocation table, short term monitoring plan, sewer use ordinance, enforcement
response plan, industrial waste surveys, and industrial user permits are up to date.
Industrial Waste Survey is due 6/1/2021.
HWA is due 9/1/2018.
➢ All dates on the Division's Database Program Information sheet are correct.
➢ A copy of our Program Information Sheet is enclosed with changes to contact
information.
General Permit Information:
➢ Daimler Trucks, North America
SIU Information:
Daimler Trucks, NA, LLC is the only SIU discharging to the Town of Cleveland waste water
treatment plant. Daimler Trucks is a 433.17 Categorical User and the industrial user permit
number is 0001.
Daimler received one notice of violation for the 2017 compliance year. The NOV was for failure
to report pH and temperature on three days in January 2017 when flow was reported. No
penalties were accessed. This did not put the industry in SNC.
The Town of Cleveland is reviewing the IUP for Daimler at this time and will either modify after
the review or renew the permit after the completion of the next HWA due in 2018. A copy will
be sent to the PERCS unit for review prior to issuance.
