This project has been placed on hold until we receive the requested item. Please provide the following so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Application fee: Please reference correspondence from Division of Water Quality dated September 12,2008. In addition to the need for total package resubmission, the appropriate fee is required.
