Please provide updates on the status of the project and whether future plans for this property have been changed since the permit application. 2. If they have changed, what are the new plans for the property. 3. If there has been a change, please reflect the changes in the design, dimensions and calculations for the new plans of the property. Please respond to the Additional Information Request above and attached within 30 Days of your receipt, which is March 14, 2018. If you fail to submit the required information by this date, the application will be returned and $7,000 (the full penalty minus the amount already paid) will be due. In addition, the ongoing violations and any future violations are subject to a civil penalty assessment of up to a maximum of $25,000.00 per day for each violation pursuant to G.S. 143-215.6A.
