Section D Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary)
The system consists of a septic tank, sand filter, chlorinator, and outfall pipe Barry Liles (long term
tenant) assisted during the Inspection
Mr Liles did not know when the septic tank was last pumped out
The apparent sand filter area is kept mowed and had no apparent problems
A tab in the chlorinator cover box had to be broken off to open the chlorinator cover, which Implies that
It has -never -be -en used One -sleeve was pulled In the chlorinator and appeared tan on the outside
(which is good) No tablets were in use The water had a little scum but was reaonably clear
The outfall pipe was not located but the main stream channel was not checked The puddles near the
tree line appeared clear
Location notes
The system is in the back yard The septic tank Is under a plastic cover at ground level with square bit
screws The chlorinator is under a black plastic cover
The house Is on community water and the well In the front yard appears to be disconnected
