Mr. Wood,
As discussed during our telephone conversation on February 12, 2018, the Division of Water Resources requested that
the applicant place the buffer authorization on hold pending the completion and issuance of Finding of No Significant
Impact by NC Department of Administration Clearing House. The project was place on hold on February 12, 2018. To
date, this Office has not received any information as to the status of the submittal. This Office will be return the buffer
authorization application for incomplete information in accordance with 15A NCAC 01C .0107(a).
