Hey Garland!
The Corps and DWR through the electronic permitting process has made the
application of all NWs adn GCs required. You (the applicant) don't have to have
written notice from the Corps or DWR for non-reporting.

Good morning Crystal and Donna,
Attached you will find information pertaining to a proposed bridge replacement project
located in Union County on Irby Road over Pole Cat Branch. The existing 31 foot long
bridge is proposed to be replaced by a 55 foot long single-span cored slab bridge.
Impacts will be limited to bridge demolition (temporary) and 60 linear feet of bank
stabilization where we remove the current bridge headwalls and reestablish a
strea m ba n k.
If you feel that this project requires formal notification, please let me know and we will
submit an electronic PCN.
