Project Location: River Road (SR 1100) located north of intersection of SR 110 and Cathay Road,
Wilmington, NC, New Hanover Co.

Proposed Project: To extend the existing fishing pier and improve the existing sand boat ramp by
extending, paving and stabilizing with riprap
