Not for mitigation but I looked at it anyway. I have no comments. Design by NCSU, just like first
two phases. They are both excellent restorations, and this one is connecting the two of them.
Do not confuse this with the EEP Purlear Creek 1 and 2 projects. Those are located downstream from
the Forest Service projects, but all are contiguous.
