On February 24, 2009, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated February
12, 2009, for the above reference project. The DWQ has determined that your application was
incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. Please provide the following
information so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
® Application Fee: The fee for applications is $240 for projects impacting less than an acre of
wetland and less than 150 linear feet of streams (whether intermittent or perennial). For projects
impacting one or more acres of wetland or 150 linear feet of streams (whether intermittent or
perennial), the fee is $570. An increase in overall impacts raises the fee total to $570. On
October 13, 2008 DWQ received $240; the correct balance to remit at this time is $330.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at
this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ian McMillan at 919-733-1786 or me if you have any questions
