Hey Laura,

Sorry for the delay. We do not have a bill of sales or deed for this name change. Johnson Controls purchased
all of ADTi which is our branch. We are still technically Air System Components, but Johnson Controls is our
parent company. If it is easier, you can just leave our name as Air System Components on our permits.

Good Afternoon Tara,

I’m in the process of sending out a letter/updated certificate of coverage for this permit. We rec’d the change of
ownership form from you back in November. The only documentation that I’m missing is a one page deed or bill of sale
showing the transfer in ownership to Johnson Controls. Can you provide me with this?

Once I receive, then I will be able to send correspondence out.

I received a letter from Annette Lucas about renewing our stormwater permit; however, the letter says that you are
unable because there are fees owed on this permit. I have a payment confirmation from paying the annual fee on
7/28/2017 for the amount of $102.65. The payment confirmation is 17072805311270. I can scan a copy of the payment
confirmation to you if you would like. Please adivse.

Also, I would like to change some of the contact information.
