We have discussed the complaint received for Bamboo Road Quarry and have decided to issue a Notice
of Violation based on our findings.
A copy of the Notice is attached for your reference.

As we discussed by phone on October 2 and you reiterated in your email of October 5, please continue
to perform the corrective actions we discussed to bring the quarry into compliance with the Notice of
Violation.
I was out of the office today for jury duty. My status for tomorrow is still questionable. Should you have
any questions, please contact Toby Vinson, Sue White, or Glen White.
