This is to inform you that Division 9 is studying the proposed project listed above. A map is attached that
shows the location of the proposed project in Davidson County.
The proposed project is state funded and would convert the existing at-grade intersection to an interchange.
Based on the project scope, it is anticipated that a State Minimum Criteria Checklist will be prepared for this
project.
We would appreciate any information you might have that would be helpful in evaluating potential
environmental impacts of this project. If applicable, please identify any permits or approvals that may be
required by your agency. A Section 404 permit may be required. Further coordination with individual
agencies will be held based on comments received. In order to include your comments in our materials, we
would appreciate your response by February 16, 2018.
