This letter is to advise you that this office still has not
received your letter and attachments that you agreed to send to my
attention for consideration in the Department's review of the above
referenced application. Please be advised that I have recently
corresponded with the applicant to request additional information
in order to continue our review of the application. As I have not
received your comments to date, I was unable to incorporate your
concerns in my letter. For your information, I have copied you and
Mr. David Paletta on my letter to keep you abreast of the
Department's concerns regarding this project.
Please forward your letter and copies of any relevant
correspondence between the Town of Boone and the applicant
regarding this site to my attention no later than May 27, 1993.
This office would like to promptly review your concerns and, if
appropriate, advise the applicant of any additional questions or
concerns that need to be addressed in addition to those outlined in
my recent letter.
If we do not receive a written reply by the date specified, we
will assume that the Town of Boone has no information that they
wish the Department to consider in its review of this application.
