I, Randal S. Marsh, Attorney for the applic4ndn applicant, or an agent, or
employee of an applicant, for a Mining Permit from the N.C.Department of Environment,
Health, and Natural Resources, being first duly sworn, do hereby attest that the following
are known owners, both private and public, of the land adjoining the proposed mining site
and that notice of the pending application has been caused to be mailed, by certified or
registered mail, to said owners at their address shown below, such notice being given on a
form provided by the Department:
