Good Afternoon Bethany;
First, I need to thank you for the information you provided to help me straighten out my respective permits.
Our office/ warehouse/maintenance shop is located at 249 US Highway 70 West, Havelock, NC 28532. For some reason,
the employees who were previously collecting outfall data were submitting it as if it was at the "Whitehall Mine"
location.
The "Whitehall Mine" is located at 1090 NC Highway 101, Havelock, NC 28532, which is approximately 5 miles east of
our office. I appreciate you pointing out the paragraphs to apply officially for Dormant Status.
The mailing address for each of these sites is PO Box 690, Havelock, NC 28532. 1 will be accessing the
https://deg.nc.gov/about/stormwater-outfall-collection site to get the form(s) I need.
