To Whom it May Concern:

It has come to my attention that I mistakenly submitted a 401 Water Quality Certification application to NCDWR for
the referenced project, which falls within CAMA jurisdiction. Thus, all impact permitting for the project needs to be
done through NC Division of Coastal Management. For this reason, I am hereby requesting that the application be
withdrawn.
