Hey Tracy. Mr. one of the complainants requesting our most recent review of blasts at the
referenced site, called. He said that he received my recent letter which stated a review of blasting records
indicated that the subject blasts were in compliance with the mining permit operating conditions, He also
said that recent blasts have not been as "bad" as the blasts in April and May.
Mr. would like for you to call him at ( While he insists that he is not asking for an
investigation, he expressed concerns that the seismograph used at the site to monitor the blasts is not
adequately set up to provide accurate readings. He said that Mr. Cecile told him at one time that the
seismograph was located within a metal shed. He would like to talk to you about his concerns.
