Dear Mr. Davis:
Per our conversation of December 19, 1 am contacting you via letter to
request formally a modification to Mining Permit Number 95-03 held by Radford
Quarries of Boone, Inc. In general, we wish to have additional stockpile area in
the aforementioned permit.
In part - icular, as we discussed, we are moving aggregate from the Boone -
grading site of the US Highway 421 expansion, having Job Number 6.759002T,
to our facility at Bamboo Road. We propose to stockpile this aggregate in our pit.
Please refer to the- highlighted region on -the attached map for the specific
stockpile location,
