The following is in response to your e-mail dated January. 29, 2009. Attached is the
requested documentation required to complete the submitted Preconstruction Notification
application for the Hedrick Outfall 401 Certification.
The City of Or 2008 Annexation Water and Sewer Projects are to serve existing
residents of newly annexed areas of northwest Greensboro that have recently petitioned
to receive water and sanitary sewer service. As a result, the city has created projects to
construct the infrastructure necessary to serve the petitioners. No specific future
development within the immediate project areas are known at this time.
Enclosed is the requested USGS topographic map and tie in to existing lines locations.
An updated figure including stream feature points for the jurisdictional determination will
be forwarded as soon as it is received from the surveyor. Please contact me at (704)' 973-
