We previously received a final prospectus for the Carolina Bison site, which was later put on public notice and accepted. RES decided they would like to resubmit the final prospectus to include 4 additional sites (Commercial Hill/Big Willow/Dead Oak/Puncheon). Each of you should have received the updated final prospectus a few weeks ago, but if not let me know and I will send you an electronic copy. In the email below, Brad sent a rough itinerary for the site visits with coordinates of where to meet for each site. Tuesday's sites (Dead Oak/Puncheon) are larger than Wednesday's, but if we finish early enough we can quickly revisit the Carolina Bison Site for those who have not seen it yet. We can tweak Wednesday's timing however needed to get everyone back on the road in time, but I anticipate finishing early afternoon that day. RES is arranging 4wheelers for one of Tuesday's sites to help get us around faster, so I need to know how many will be attending. As of right now I have Todd, Mac, Andrea Leslie and myself confirmed from the IRT. If anyone else will be joining us, please let me know by Friday. I'm told muck boots are fine for all sites as far as gear and there should be opportunities to grab lunch in between sites. Attached is an area map of the 5 sites for reference. Let me know if you have any questions. I put 8:00 am as start time each day, but we can start earlier if you think that is appropriate. Also, I put noon as a placeholder for the afternoon site visits, but we will just head to those sites as soon as we finish at the first site. I will be sending landowner maps later this afternoon. Let me know if you need anything else.
