I've reviewed your application requesting a 401 Certification for the replacement of
Bridge # 11 over Kendrick Creek on NC 308 in Washington County. This activity is
covered under Water Quality General Certification No. 4132. Written approval is not
required provided the listed thresholds are not exceeded and the conditions can be
met. An in-water work moratorium from Feb. 15 —Jun 30 applies to this project as
recommended by WRC and DCM Fisheries. Please let me know if you have any
