In reference to your individual concerns we offer the following: 1. The flow splitter device details have on sheets 0008.07 & 0008.09 have been revised. The proposed bypass pipe is intended to be a temporary line for use while the grassed filter strip is allowed to take hold. 2. Included with this submittal are four (4) site photos showing the filter strip areas down slope of the proposed level spreaders. 3. Sheets 0008.06 & 0008.08 have been revised to clearly show that the vegetated shelf associated with each wet detention pond is planted with appropriate vegetation over the entire ten-foot shelf.
