Ian,
The sw design on this project remains unacceptable. It seems like it might be time
to ditch this and make them try again - I'll leave that up to you.
They may not design the extended detention wetland with two forebays. All flow
needs to be directed to the forebay at the north end of the wetland.
The surface areas at various depths remain out of compliance with our guideline of
15o in forebay, 35% in high marsh, 35% in low marsh and 15o in micropool.
The planting plan does not include a large enough variety of wetland plants. The
source for the plants is not specified. The soils are not specified either.
