They know the constructed wetland is too small...after I checked it, I found a sheet of paper in there
with a list of excuses of why it was smaller than what should be designed (it's in the file)...
As far as O&M, I don't know...sounds like the usual excuse. If I or someone else screwed up or let
something slip before, it's engraved in stone. The big things to watch out for (and I've clued Annette
in) is: no semi-annual fertilizing (defeats purpose of a BMP in an NSW), no dorky verbage that talks
about removing'indigenous' plants when they're 25% or 50% covering the pond. It's a wetland and
there should be veg...duh...also, it's invasives they want to remove (cattails and other invasive plants),
not indigenous plants.

template for the O&M manual?
Your answer to these questions is greatly appreciated. Please consider this as verification that we have
received your letter requesting more information and also as notification that we intend to continuing pursuit
of this permit.
