This is one of the bridges that we delineated and has the old mill house upstream. There are no wetlands in the project area and the project impacts include 70 If of bank stabilization and 24 If of temporary stream impacts for the removal of the old timber abutments. The Division is proposing to complete this work under Nationwide 3& 13 and corresponding WQC 4132 & 4134. Since the impacts are below the thresholds, we are anticipating that written approval is not required. Please review the attached information and let me know if you concur.
