The Stevenson -Weir Inc., located at 1523 South Anderson Road Rock Hill South Carolina 29730 have proposed a Ready
Mix Concrete Plant at 7145 Weddington Road, Concord 28027 in Cabarrus County North Carolina. The facility is being
built such that the drum washout and mixer cleaning are discharged into a 3 compartment recycling system. The facility
proposed a no flow as it has not provide any outfall. They are proposing to capture all stormwater into the recycling
system. Based on the site inspection I recommend the facility to be cover under the NCG140000: Ready -Mixed Concrete.
