RE: [External] Re: Question about NPDES stormwater permit application
Thank you for the information. Since there are additional raw materials (cars) on the adjacent property, you will need to
account for those areas in your Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. I would expect there would be one or more
additional outfalls on the adjacent property. In order to process your permit application, we will need a revised map that
includes all areas where those raw materials are stored. This map will also need to show the drainage and outfall
information.
Please provide the revised map to me at this email address, or you can mail a hard copy to me at the address below if
you prefer.
Thanks for your help,

Good afternoon Julie,
Yes, the cars belong to Encore Recycling- Kyle Phillips
The property the cars are stored is owned by my parents - Paul & Jane Phillips - New Duplin Tobacco Warehouse should
be the tax listing.

Mr. Phillips,
I'm reviewing your application for coverage under our NCG100000 NPDES Industrial Stormwater permit for Encore
Recycling in Wallace, NC. I've got one follow-up question for you.
The maps you provided show the Encore Recycling property boundaries. From the aerial photos, it looks like there are
junk cars stored north of your property, in and around a couple large warehouse buildings. Are those cars part of your
operation, or are they owned by another business?
Thank you for your assistance.
