of violation. The payment that was due to our Division of $3,440.00 was found in our account receivables system.
The violation has been withdrawn, so you may disregard the original violation letter. Please do not hesitate to

Dear Mr. Hennessy:
Arclin USA, Incorporated in Moncure, NC Chatham County, North Carolina received the above -
referenced Notice of Violation (NOV) for failure to pay the annual NPDES fee of $3440.00.
This fee was paid on-time last year (2016). Please see the communication (chain of emails)
detailing the payment made by Arclin. Teresa Revis (NCDENR Budget Office) verified that
the payment was received on December 1, 2016 (see attached email chain).
Arclin considers all NOV's as serious violations, and takes immediate actions to resolve any non-
compliance issue. However, Arclin believes this Notice of Violation–was:issued in error, and
-requests that the NCDENR formally withdraw the NOV. If you c—that the NOV was issued
