Per our phone conversation, here's a picture of the culverts installed adjacent to existing Mercia Ct. It looked like water was
flowing under one culvert and through the other and they were slightly perched. The approved plans indicated that both pipes
would be buried 6"below the stream bed. This is not in compliance with the conditions of the 404 and 401 approvals.
For your information, Bryan Roden Reynolds is the new USACE contact for the area that Jean had,previously John Thomas's
area, and I've copied him on this email. Bryan, I'm sorry but I don't have the USACE Action ID number for this project in my
files.
