I did an inspection of (House of Raeford – NCG060373) a chicken cook plant in Mocksville last Thursday. It was this
st
facilities 1 stormwater inspection and everything looked good with their permit and facility.

I discovered in BIMS that the facility is also covered under the stormwater permit of the former facility. It’s a different
number, NCG060318. That was Omtron USA. They went bankrupt and abandoned the plant. No request has been
made by anyone but NCG060318 can be rescinded or noted to allow the permit to expire. Whichever is best.
