Hi Laura

I’ve attached a copy of the inspection report for this facility. The facility was compliant at the time of inspection but the
request for rescission was denied because it is a ready-mix concrete facility that is in production and there was also
evidence of concrete sediment from the settling basin recently discharging toward the creek/ditch near the roadway.

The permit cannot be rescinded as it’s an operating ready-mix plant.
