On February 11, 2009, this office received an email that you were identified by error as the
owner of a lot that had a home under construction. Apparently, your lot (the wrong lot) was
misidentified as being the site of the construction. We apologize for this error and any concerns ill
may have caused. Alexander County will be notified of the error and informed to disregard our
previous hold notice.
