Dear Mr. Riddle:
Union Power Cooperative previously received Stormwater Permit No. SW3171001on November
13, 2017 following the staff plan review. Due to modifications requested by the Cabarrus
County Board of Adjustments during the Conditional Use Permit review process, we have
shifted the driveway entrance 140' east. The disturbed acreage has been reduced from 8.74 acres
to 8.14 acres, the impervious area was reduced from 2.15 acres to 2.07 acres. Changes also
include increasing the retained vegetation on the western property line and adding culvert #7
under the entry drive. Submitted to the regional office in Mooresville on January 22, 2018 was
(2) full sets of plans, (1) electronic copy of plans, (2) original Stormwater Permitting Form 7, (1)
electronic copy Stormwater Permitting Form 7. I have attached the revised drawings for your
review.
