Pactolus Nutrient Offset Bank Credit Release— Task 4 partial
Dear Mr. Ham:
On December 8, 2017, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a Year 1 Monitoring Report
from Greene Environmental Services, LLC (GES), for the subject site. Overall, site conditions
appear to look good and vegetation data results show stem densities higher than the required 320
stems/acre throughout the site. Additionally, no concerns with invasive species or encroachment
within the easement boundary were noted.
On September 26, 2017, DWR received a performance bond (#22BSBHC3722) issued to GES to
cover monitoring and maintenance at the subject site. The term of this bond applies from June 27,
2017 until approval by DWR of the Year 1 Monitoring Report. By copy of this correspondence, the
Year 1 Monitoring Report is approved. Therefore, GES is now required to renew the bond to cover
the monitoring and maintenance requirements through Fall/Winter 2018. Upon receipt of bond
renewal, DWR will issue the remaining 5% of this credit release.
According to the LIMBI, signed on May 1, 2013, the following Project Milestones have been
partially met, and the corresponding credits shall be released:

By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have partially satisfied the above
requirements for the above -referenced tract and 5% of your Nitrogen nutrient offset credits
(0.05 x 34,822.671bs-N = 1,741.13 lb -N) are now available for sale. Additionally, 5% of your
Phosphorus nutrient offset credits (0.05 x 2,242.85 lb -P = 112.14 lbs -P) are now available for
sale. Please update your credit ledgers accordingly.
