Hey April,
Are you talking about the stream that appears to run parallel to SI? If so, that's just the
other bank of stream SI. All of the streams have lines for both banks throughout the
mapping, it's just possible that on some of the smaller ones, the banks are so close
together they appear as one line.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for providing us with the updated maps. When zooming in on Figure 3-
Potential Jurisdictional Features - Page 3, it appears as though there is an unlabeled
stream next to SI (see attached enlargement). This feature is not on the previous maps,
and I do not remember seeing it in the field. Is this a mapping error?

issue a stream determination letter without an updated map. Additionally, water quality
certifications are not typically issued by NCDWR without a stream determination letter
on file.
