Please see the email below from Rick Riddle with NCDENR regarding the stormwater permit that DaVita applied for on our land in Bunn. Can you please forward him a signed and notarized letter this week, requesting that the permit be rescinded in light of DaVita's termination of the contract? Also include in the letter the reason the permit needs rescinded. The letter can be sent the directly to us.
