Bridge maintenance has decided to lengthen the proposed pipes. Revised information
below and on the attached plan sheets.

Existing (2) 60" X 40' CMP’s will be replaced by (2) 72” X 50’ CAP’s at N 36.2938° W

This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing dual pipes in a jurisdictional
area in Pasquotank County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT
to Little River, Stream Index No. 30-5-(1), Pasquotank River Basin.
