Per our phone conversation about the temporary impacts associated with Bridge 49
Replacement in Lenoir County, NC, our engineering team states that the temporary
impacts under the bridge are there for the installation and removal of a turbidity
curtain, the removal of existing supports, and the installation of new supports. In
addition, the temporary impacts extend downstream to the Permanent Utility Easement
that is being acquired for a utility line boring. Let me know if this answers your
