Dear Mr. Patterson,
On behalf of the State Employees’ Credit Union, we are pleased to submit the requested
additional information for your review and approval. The comments identified in the letter from
your office dated November 29, 2017 and the associated responses (in blue) are listed below.

1. Provide a soils report that includes the SHWT elevation within the footprint of each SCM
[MDC 1].

A preliminary boring assessment was done during the feasibility phase of this project and is
attached. Borings in the areas within and surrounding the proposed SCM footprints were
terminated without encountering ground water. SHWT has been given as an estimation based
on the difference between the existing surface elevation and the depth of boring termination.

2. Provide a completed supplement form for the SCMs, using the Supplement-EZ form at:
