Dear Mr. Bongers:

On January 16, 2018, I conducted a Compliance Sampling Inspection (CSI) of the Single-Family
Residence (SFR) wastewater system located at 20 Hidden Creek Dr. This inspection was
conducted to assess system compliance and to determine whether a regular discharge was
occurring. The property and system appeared to be well maintained and all deficiencies noted in
the previous inspection have been corrected.
