I've reviewed your request for a Corps permit to replace broken dolphin clusters and
pilings at the Hatteras Ferry (DWQ project # 08-1800) The Corps issued GP 197800056
which corresponds to DWQ Water Quality Certification # 3687 (attached) This
activity does not require written concurrence from DWQ as long as all the conditions
in GC 3687 can be met Please let me know if you have any questions
