As for the Frank Horne file, you have all the materials we have.
Birchwood is on our database as "Birchwood Homes", 2006-0973, Nash County, Claude
Mayo owner. Jay Keller is the current consultant. There are three versions of this
file, since it was previously withdrawn, re-applied, returned, now re-applied
again. Version 3 was received Jan 13, 2009 as your transmittal shows. It is a huge
file by now. I'll put this note in the file to the 401 technical review teams to
apprise you (through me) of the issues.

so I take it those are all the maps you have for this site, right?
I received the attached proof of delivery of a 401 application for the Maevco
Development site. Apparently the project is called Birchwood. Now that I look
at the CPA, it does say the subdivision is called Birchwood. Sorry about that.
Does Birchwood show up as having a 401 application submitted? If so, please let
me know if there are any deficiencies in the application. Thanks,
