REGAN Secretary LINDA CULPEPPER Interim Director The Pretreatment, Emergency Response, and Collection Systems Unit (PERCS) of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the Industrial User Pretreatment Permit (IUP) modifications submitted by Town of Pembroke for the following Significant Industrial Users (SIUs). These IUPs were received by the Division on December 18, 2017. IUP # SIU Name 001 Trinity Frozen Foods, LLC 002 Steven Roberts Original Desserts, LLC The review indicates that the IUPs are adequate and meet the minimum requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0905 and .0916 and 40 CFR 403.8(f)(1)(iii) The allocation table, maintained in the Division's database, has been updated accordingly Please take note of the following- comments-* 1. Steven Roberts: The next time this IUP is modified or renewed include the nature of this modification in the Permit History. 2. For both: a. The SIUs are still required to record and submit flow monthly. Please ensure that compliance judgment regarding on-time submittal of reports is performed. b. If a limits violation occurs during the sampling event done on the SIU's behalf, the Town must re -sample within 30 days (Part II, 2, c). c. NOVs have been sent to both SIUs for failure to submit required reports If the reports are not received within 45 days of the due dates stated in the IVPs, it would be considered significant non-compliance and escalated enforcement action required.
