Bev,
Thank you for following up so quickly. The document you highlighted is actually the Sediment Sampling Work Plan, which does not contain any data from the
sampling performed under the plan. What we're looking for is the data from (1) the discharge sampling that was supposed to first take place in July/August 2008,
and (2) the sediment sampling, which was supposed to be reported within 60 days of the sediment sampling work plan's approval. Do you have any of that data?
If so, our courier can come pick it up this afternoon.

I work with Tom Griffin at Parker Poe, and have just reviewed the disc you sent containing DWQ's file on the APGI 401 application for the Yadkin
Project. On the most current disc, I saw APGI's discharge sampling plan and sediment sampling plan, but did not find any sampling reports containing
data from the sampling that has taken place to date. If that information is on the disc, I'd be grateful for your help in locating it. If not, could you please
send that information our way? Tom and I are at the same address, so it may be directed to either of us.

The only ones I know about are on the cd...2 Reports are on the list 1 just sent you and the other one is report is named PDF Inf on CD.
